AustraliaThe item is fine but the service was less fine. I contacted raden to organise a replacement after my first case cracked. Upon purchasing the replacement I had to follow up after 2 weeks to be told my order was never received??? Also though I had a receipt and shipping details. It was made out that it was my misunderstanding .... silly me? The product is nice, doesn’t offer much protection for the phone though... but the service will leave me looking elsewhere next time.
